Did you know that 80% of health care is provided in community hospitals?

For our west-end community, that means St. Joe?s?where many of our neighbors will receive all the care they need throughout their lives.  This includes at the end of their lives in the Palliative Care Unit on 5th floor Morrow where I work.

I?m taking on the challenge to ride alongside St. Joe?s healthcare teams to help ensure the best care experiences, close to home. When we ride together, we make a real difference?funding the most urgent needs at St. Joe?s, from transforming spaces to create more compassionate environments to investing in patient-centered technology and new programs that support the health of our community.
