10:00 Registration, receive your welcome gift, auction opens, participate in test drives, or get ready for golf by practicing your putting or driving

11:00-12:15 A delicious BBQ lunch

12:15 Call to carts

12:30 Shotgun start

5:00-6:00 Reception begins (approximate)

5:30 Our amazing silent auction will be ready for bidding
